Two days ago while unloading a full argon tank, I pulled my lower back muscles.  It wasn’t so bad at first, but yesterday when I was moving things around the shop, I injured it further.  Later in the day, my muscles began tightening and by the time I rode home in the evening it was fully messed up.   Now, the next morning, I can’t bend down to tie my shoes.  My wife had to help me put my pants on.  It hurts to do anything, so I’m on painkillers and ice today.  If you call today and I sound like Charlie Brown’s teacher in slo-mo, that’s why.

Yesterday I started assembling 49 racks, which I aim to finish later today.  My powder-coater will likely pick them up and have them ready to ship in a few days.  If you’re waiting for a rack, it’s likely amongst this batch.

 I’m going to add a new rack to the lineup—it’s the HALFrack style with wood base, except the platform will be made of the same no-skid material my cargo bike platforms are made from.  This will make things a lot easier for me.  No more sanding, wood stain, varnish, and all the dry time involved.  I’ll have pics, prices, and more info soon.
